Rev. Dr. Michael Stewart Robb

Michael Stewart Robb aka Mike (PhD University of Aberdeen) is a writer (The Kingdom Among Us: The Gospel According to Dallas Willard, Fortress Press, 2022) and the director of the Sanctus Institute. His life’s focus has been on spiritual life and spiritual formation at the intersections of everyday life and church. He is also an expert on Dallas Willard. His focus and expertise draws from a longstanding interest in how churches educate and edify their members.

A personal word from Mike:

Before I turned 20 years old God called me into the ministry. I had little idea what that would mean. I moved to Europe when I was 24 to work with a small German church and create a new curriculum in spiritual formation for their core group. Doing that kind of thing in 2005 was still very avant-garde.

My heart goes out to other ministers and ministry volunteers who discover that this work isn’t what they thought they signed up for. Unlike many, I never had a time of serious doubt or ministry burn-out. I thank God that he brought people into my life early on who showed me a more Jesus-like way to minister. And that way is what I hope to convey in Among Wolves.
